\n 1. A short introduction: What is Wanted Crew International and what is the\n purpose of this document?\n
\n\n\n Wanted Crew International (“Wanted” or “The Company”) provides its clients with an\n all-inclusive, excellent crewing service and takes care of the working circumstances for\n the team.\n
\n\n\n We are devoted to delivering three core goals: enabling qualified individuals across\n Europe to find jobs for which they are best suited, offering our customers qualified\n personnel capable of providing remarkable experiences during their events and forging\n relationships with reliable partners so that everyone can have complete confidence in the\n quality of the booked crew.\n
\n\n\n In order to achieve it, Wanted uses its own web application, which has enhanced the\n hiring, booking, and scheduling of all employees and gained expertise deploying both\n small and large teams of technicians, staff, and crew alongside various productions.\n
\n\n\n The aim of this Privacy Policy is to provide all users of our web application -\n https://app.wantedcrew-int.com/ (“The Website”), as well as our two other sites -\n https://www.wci.dk/ and https://www.wantedint.com/ with the legally required\n information on how their personal data is being processed by Wanted for the purposes\n of managing the web application.\n
\n\n\n This Privacy Policy applies to all users, regardless of their role in the website as long as\n they constitute a “data subject” in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation\n (GDPR).\n

\n\n A. Profiling Activities:\n
\n\n Wanted does not undertake automated profiling actions on its Users and does not carry\n out estimations and predictions on what each Registered User may prefer. However, we\n might contact a Registered User in order to provide information about a working\n engagement which we may find relevant to his or her qualification. If you, as a User, do\n not wish to be subject to such profiling based on your professional experience or you are\n not willing to be contacted, please object to in a written form on the following address:\n address:\n privacy@wci.dk\n
\n\n B. Direct marketing:\n
\n\n Wanted may also send Users automated direct e-communication (including direct\n marketing messages) regarding job offers in which they may be interested or regarding\n upcoming working projects that they might take part in. As required by law, Users are\n provided with an opt-out (unsubscribe) option, so that they are in control of the process\n and in the use of their personal data for this purpose.\n
\n\n C. Website Search Toolbar:\n
\n\n The Website has a built-in Search Toolbar where all Registered Users may search job\n names, crew handlers, companies, invoices and venues which are associated with the\n respective Registered User. The names of the crew handlers shall appear, and the\n Company hereby informs all employes of Company’s clients that their names as project\n managers are required for the use of the Website and for the provision of the essential\n services of the Website.\n
\n\n D. Personal data processing for regulatory compliance and assisting authorities:\n
\n\n Wanted is also required and saves the right to further process and store Users’ personal\n data on where compelling public interest applies and in order to achieve regulatory\n compliance, such as to aid authorities in preventing, establishing and/or investigating\n crimes, in order to prevent loss, fraud or other financial misconduct, etc.\n
\n\n E. Processing of payment or banking information:\n
\n\n Lastly, please note that Wanted processes personal data regarding Users’ payment and\n bank details (limited to bank accounts information), since the payment process requires\n it and Workers have to receive their due remuneration.\n
\n\n 6. Use of The Website:\n
\n\n This Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our website https://app.wantedcrew-int.com/ with the\n following mechanics and features related to the protection of personal data:\n
\n\n 7. With whom do we share your personal data?\n
\n\n We will disclose your personal data only for the purposes and only to those third parties\n listed below - unless we have received additional consent from you to transfer personal\n data to other categories of third parties given elsewhere, such as by declaration of\n consent for a specific purpose. Wanted will take appropriate measures to ensure that\n your personal data is processed, protected and transferred in accordance with applicable\n law.\n
\n\n (1) External service providers:\n
\n\n When necessary, we engage other companies and individuals to perform certain tasks on\n our behalf, such as specialized companies to maintain The Website and companies which\n provide cloud services for storage of information. We will share or give access to such\n information to external service providers only to the extent necessary for the respective\n purposes. This information cannot be used by them for any other purpose, in particular\n neither for their own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. The external service\n providers of Wanted are obliged by law or by contract to observe the confidentiality and\n integrity of your personal data.\n
\n\n (2) Transformation of a commercial company and purchase of shares or Wanted’s\n subsidiaries:\n
\n\n In connection with any potential transformation, restructuring, merger, sale or other type\n of transfer of shares or assets, Wanted may transfer information, including personal data,\n on a reasonable scale to the acquirer of these shares or assets, and as necessary for the\n transfer of ownership, after the receiving party agrees to process your personal data and\n to apply the necessary measures for their protection in a manner that complies with the\n applicable European legislation.\n We also share information (including personal data of Users) with subsidiaries of Wanted\n based in different countries where Wanted operates.\n
\n\n (3) Public authorities:\n
\n\n We have the obligation to disclose your personal data to public authorities when required\n by law. For example, Wanted will comply with the request and orders of courts,\n administrative and other public state or municipal bodies, which may include similar\n bodies of state authority.\n
\n\n (4) Clients of Wanted:\n
\n\n Contractors that use the Website have access to some of the Users personal data (namely\n – identification information and information related to their work experience, as well as\n contact information and the documents uploaded by the User).\n
\n\n 8. Processing of personal data of children\n
\n\n Wanted does not collect or process personal data of children under the age of 16\n (sixteen), except with the consent of a parent or guardian in accordance with applicable\n local law. If we learn that a child's personal data has been accidentally collected, we will\n immediately delete all data, connected to it.\n
\n\n 9. Processing of special categories of personal data\n
\n\n Wanted does not process special categories of personal data, such as the\n following: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or\n philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic\n data, biometric data for the sole purpose of identifying an individual, data on the health\n condition or data of the sexual life or sexual orientation of the individual. If we learn that\n such categories of personal data have been accidentally collected, we will delete them\n immediately.\n
\n\n 10. Security and integrity of your personal data:\n
\n\n Wanted takes the security of your personal data seriously. We apply the appropriate level\n of protection and to this end we have developed reasonable physical, electronic and\n technical procedures to protect the data we collect from accidental or unlawful\n destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to transmitted, stored or\n otherwise processed personal data. Access to your personal data is allowed only to those\n employees who need it to perform their official duties and obligations within our\n structures. In the unlikely event of a personal data beach, Wanted will follow all applicable\n rules for notification in such cases in accordance with the applicable legislation.\n
\n\n 11. What are your legal rights related to your personal data?\n
\n\n As a data subject, you have specific legal rights related to the personal data we collect\n from you. This applies to all processing activities that Wanted performs with your personal\n data and which are listed above. Wanted respects your individual rights and will always\n answer your questions and inquiries regarding the ways in which we process the personal\n data received from you.\n

\n\n 12. Retention periods:\n
\n\n We store all collected personal data only to the extent that we need it.\n Most of the data, which is related to The User’s activity in events of being assigned with\n a job, is promptly deleted upon account deletion. Wanted may retain data on the Users’\n invoices and identification information for a longer period of time (but no longer than the\n applicable prescription period), so that Wanted can prove fulfillment of its obligations\n towards the participants in the B2C market and towards the relationships between\n Wanted and its clients, which is one of the Company’s primary business operations.\n
\n\n Furthermore, Wanted retains the right and obligation to keep the data of a person who\n has breached the terms of use of the website and has been banned or is susceptible to\n being banned for such reasons (including, but not limited to: hate speech, verbal\n harassment, threats to other users, etc.). If the inappropriate action constitutes a crime,\n Wanted is obliged to keep records of this in order to fulfill its legal obligation to assist the\n public authorities and provide information related to the crime or illegal conduct in\n question (as is set out above).\n
